Working as IT Engineer:

  • You will proactively address changes and resolve user-reported issues that get escalated from our international service centers.
  • Spearhead the identification and mapping of crucial IT optimizations and needs, translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • You apply fail fast experiments, guerrilla tactics and project management skills to fast track digitization process. Curiously, driving into new areas of expertise that help you become a better professional and Televic a better company.
  • You think out of the box, solution focused and beyond the technological limits, you make sure that people (colleagues, customers, external parties so all stakeholders) that need to work with a digital realizations are completely ready to take over the ownership at the end of the project.
  • Collaborate as a valuable advisor of our international helpdesk team, providing problem-solving, documentation, and assistance to support all business Units.
  • Install and configure software tools, providing ongoing support to local users.
  • You are interested in setting up digital solutions by yourself, you are able to communicate and collaborate with external experts and partners when specialized in-depth knowledge is needed. You have a DIY attitude.
  • Continuously monitor network, hardware, and applications, taking preventive actions to mitigate potential issues.
  • Install and support a wide range of hardware appliances and assist end-users in effectively using them.

Professional skills we’re looking for:

  • A few years of experience (3 years) in areas such as network design and administration, PaaS/IaaS (Azurre), infrastructure management, Office 365, hybrid datacenters, ... so that you can act as a sounding board or back-up for the expert(s) in the team.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer sciences (or a related field) with significant experience in architecture deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure operations, underpinning your technical acumen. You don't have a higher degree, but IT experience? We will make it work.
  • Preferably a hands-on work mentality with experience in managing computers, hardware, networks, and software.
  • Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with end-users.
  • Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks independently.
  • Willingness to handle computer and network administration tasks, such as infrastructure oversight and asset management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Occasional travel may be required to our remote sites or headquarters.
