QA Automation Engineer CCTV & Infotainment product (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities
- you are part of an agile product development team and help to develop state of the art CCTV & Infotainment solutions
- you play the key role in ensuring the quality of the products
- you define test strategies and develop test cases: automatic and manual
- as the driver of test automation in the development team you are the owner of a growing test suite
- you develop test scripts for functional-, performance- and stress tests
- you represent the customer's interests within the development team
Experience & skills
- several years of experience as a software tester and/or developer
- excellent knowledge of test design methodologies (specification-based and experience-based testing)
- excellent scripting knowledge in at least one language (preferably Python)
- high quality awareness as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
- knowledge of the Linux operating system and bash scripting
- knowledge version control and test integration into CI/CD pipelines
It's helpful if you have:
- knowledge of testing frameworks like Behave or Robot Framework
- familiarity with UI test automation techniques
- experience in different virtualization technologies i.e. docker
- experience with cloud solutions like AWS
- IP network knowledge
- knowledge and experience in agile development processes, e.g. Scrum

- you speak English and/or German fluently
