For the first time ever, we asked our employees in Belgium, the US and UK to participate in the Great Place to Work survey, which asked them about their daily work experience. The survey is made up of five sections that measure: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. The questions are designed to put organizations to the ultimate test and to challenge employees to recognize their own accountability in their organization’s culture. The result? 85% of our employees think Televic is a Great Place to Work.
It has been proven that our employees find Televic a great place to work. Since the beginning of the year, 25% of our new hires are referrals. Our various initiatives such as our flexible home working policy (which allows working from home or from our satellite office in Ghent), our online learning platform Udemy, our sports program, various communication moments such as the "apéro updates" and fun team building activities get a lot of positive feedback.
The results from the survey give us actionable insights into how our people perceive Televic’s culture, so we can understand what we’re doing right and where we can improve. Ultimately, this will further strengthen our teams and our engagement!
