Televic Healthcare (THC) offers professional communication systems within the care sector for nurse call, intercom, access control, patient entertainment, care registration and localization. The purpose is to make this nurse call system more intelligent to allow caregivers and responsible to make decision about the way their department operates. Therefore a call manager to be used on mobile devices needs to be designed. Call are now being dispatched to the mobile device of the nurse. The purpose is that she can annotate the reason of the call and action she took to resolve the call. In this way future calls can be handled more intelligently.

Developing a mobile application to add reason and actions to a call
Storing this metadata in the nurse call ecosystemStudy the optimal way to support this application on a mobile device
