Plixus CRP v6.4.20 (2023-03-23)

Please note: For the Plixus system there are two update files: Multimedia and Essential. When your system contains UniCOS and/or UniBOX devices please upload the Multimedia update file first, and then the Essential update file. If the Plixus system doesn’t contain these devices then you only need to use the Essential update file.

Bug Fixes:

Fixed an issue where in some occasions a headphone connected to uniCOS had no sound
Fixed an issue with headphone mute persistency
Fixed an issue with reply settings for units with a dedicated reply button
Fixed an issue where in rare occasions some microphones for uniCOS units were not working directly after system startup
Fixed an issue with swapping units
Fixed an issue with Desfire badge detection
Fixed an issue where documents stored on the central unit were not replaced if uploaded again
Fixed an issue with invalid responses for connection ID expiration on Plixus REST API
Fixed an issue with middle name positioning in the uniCOS interface
Fixed an issue where in rare occasions, some units were not detected in open access initialization mode
Fixed an issue where changing the default headphone volume resulted in a reset of the channel selection to the floor channel
Fixed an issue where individual button presses were still received through API when selecting secret voting
Fixed an issue where in rare occasions, an interpreter channel was no longer selectable on uniCOS units
Fixed an issue where a reset of the Lingua ID configuration did not reset the channels in case audience indication is enabled
Fixed an issue where in some occasions, the video stream numbers were not respected by the video selection board.

Fixed an issue with incorrect microphone LED indication on Confidea 2D2I units

Known Issues:

Several issues with Intercom. Not advised to use this version if intercom is required.
Volume control from Confidea chairman units doesn’t work
Updates page will show all units that have ever been connected to the engine.
After update of Plixus AE-R in combination with WCAP G3 from 5.2 to 5.3, the initialization is changed to open access. This means the WCAP needs to be uncoupled from the Plixus AE-R before updating.
The backup for the central unit configuration does not include the license file.

Fixed an issue with configurations with Plixus AE-R and Plixus network extenders not supported
Fixed an issue where in some cases communication failures between the Plixus Central Unit and the CoCon Room Server may cause the synoptic view in the CoCon Room Configurator to be lost.
Fixed an issue with Audience indication in the CoCon Interpreter Application.
Fixed an issue where two software updates were required to support new units such as the Plixus Nameplate
Fixed an issue where in rare cases the Confidea Flushmount Dual Delegate board did not recognize the button board connected to it
Fixed an issue where in rare cases the initialization is not saved after initializing
Fixed an issue with Confidea G3 coupling override when using a maximum of 6 mics
Fixed an issue with the auto-floor feature

Known issues:

Several issues with Intercom. Not advised to use this version if intercom is required.
When opening initialization after a WCAP takeover was done, units are still associated with the original WCAP
Changing of loudspeaker channel on Lingua ID is not functioning
Updates page will show all units that have ever been connected to the engine.
With Plixus Core, the headphone is not automatically muted with activation of microphone.
After update of Plixus AE-R in combination with WCAP G3 from 5.2 to 5.3, the initialization is changed to open access. This means the WCAP needs to be uncoupled from the Plixus AE-R before updating
