Televic Conference is on the lookout for an experienced and curious Customer Service Manager to join our team in Washington DC Area. As customer service manager you have the aim to provide high-end service to our clients by developing effective customer service processes, providing and implementing the necessary structure for the Televic Conference US and setting up customer satisfaction goals.
Working as a Customer Service Manager
You provide overall management and leadership of the Customer Service & Technical Team focused on providing excellent Customer Service.
You actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership and suggest innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.
You create a unified Customer Service Team and lead Customer Service improvement projects trough effective project management and leadership
You handle the more complex customer issues as well as escalated customer calls.
You review and approve adjustments and escalated payment arrangements.
You are responsible to manage current stock and are able to set-up a stock forecast.
You will provide order intake & invoicing reports to HQ.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in a customer service position.
A first experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
In addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal), you will also demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
