Chatbots had a great year in 2017. As cross-channel support is gaining importance, Televic Education wants to investigate and define how to use a chatbot for in-app support, in our new applications. Chatbots are even used to replace email marketing, or to launch new features. It becomes the personal assistant of the user, and should save “support” time for our organization.
The goal of this thesis is to investigate different chatbot technologies / services, for using them in-app for support, and applying them in a proof of concept for one of our products.
The student should:
investigate different chatbot services / technologies
investigate the “time saved” by using chatbots, compared to “manual” support
develop a proof of concept chatbot to demonstrate the possibilities of the technology
document / present all results from the investigation and developed software.
