Working as a HRBP…
You support Televic GSP by defining job descriptions with hiring managers and help to solve potential unclarities.
You prepare and post jobs on appropriate job boards and the Televic website.
You are responsible for attracting and hiring the right people at Televic GSP by leading the recruitment process from A-Z; from sourcing/screening to offer stage.
You maintain excellent relationships with the candidate/the business Televic GSP by identifying their needs and act as a valuable recruitment business partner.
You source, screen and attract candidates by using our recruitment database and tools.
You promote new ideas/solutions to source candidates and improve our hiring policy by keeping our strategic footprint and the defined business priorities in mind.
You are involved in overall HR projects without losing an eye on candidate experience, company culture and business recruitment/retaining needs.
You work closely together with the other members of the HR-team (Comp & Ben, L&D, Marketing,…) to guarantee qualified hires that ensures company growth.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
You combine a relevant Bachelor or Master Degree with several years of experience in recruitment; preferably in a technical environment (IT, R&D, engineering).
You have a strong passion for talent acquisition/sourcing and are able to think out-of-the box to hire the right talent.
You have a strong interest in employer branding.
