Televic GSP’s “Services” offering is identified as an instrumental growth pole and key profitability contributor within the overarching Rail business unit. In this exciting global senior management role with profit center responsibility you will be responsible to define and implement the strategic plan and be accountable for delivering sustainable and profitable growth for the Televic GSP Services Portfolio.
Working as Product Line Leader
You take up a senior management role (with profit center responsibility) in which you are responsible to define, develop and deliver the Services end-2-end business plan;
You actively develop the market and shape the business opportunities to harvest from an impressive installed base of Passenger Information Systems already present in the market today.
You implement the strategic plan by defining and coordinating a scalable end-2-end global organization in a matrix setup with functional leadership and external partners;
You manage go-to-market with Sales & Marketing and take up contacts with strategic clients in collaboration with Sales;
You build partnerships with external parties in the value chain;
You manage and master the profit center KPI’s of the Services business (e.g. order & bid pipeline, revenue, ebit, ROI, cash);
You report directly to the General Manager and partner continuously with our VP of Engineering, Product Management and Sales.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
Proven business acumen and a mindset for business development in a high-tech B2B ecosystem;
Solid experience in navigating, inspiring and leading in a matrix organizational setup with functional leadership;
Experience in establishing external partnerships;
Balancing long-term strategic thinking while scaling short term operational efficiency;
Tech savvy and mastership of Finance KPI’s;
A relevant Master’s degree and/ or MBA;
Experience with IoT and SaaS; knowledge of Rail operations is a plus;
Fluency in English and German (or willing to learn quickly).
