The Big Picture
At Televic Rail we design, develop, test and maintain on-board passenger information and mechatronic safety systems for the railway sector. Over 22 000 vehicles worldwide have already been equipped with our systems. As a project administrator you are a member of project management team, ensuring that deadlines and expectations for various projects are met. You collaborate on a daily basis with the project managers, operations and after-sales department. You report directly to the project management team lead.
The Details
You support the current project management team by interfacing with other non-technical departments.
As an interface of project management to operations, you:
- Guarantee prototypes and pre-series are produced and production is smoothly started up by overseeing the supply chain and production planning.
- Assist in solving ad-hoc factory hindering issues as representative of PM team.
As an interface of project management to after-sales, you:
- Participate in obsolescence study and ensure smooth execution of the change process;
- Perform as SPOC for customers for extension projects;
- Organize and coordinate retrofits.
You ensure and validate that new product is ready for First Article Inspection (FAI), including accompanying documentation as required by the client.
You ensure that general non-functional system requirements ripple through the organization and to suppliers of custom parts.
You are responsible for writing part of project documentation.

About You
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or the necessary experience/affinity in all-around project management skills.
You have strong coordination skills which enable you to define and set priorities accordingly.
You like to work interdisciplinary and easily communicate with different internal stakeholders.
You are dynamic, result oriented and have a strong sense of ownership.
