As QA engineer you aid in the verification and validation of our products and systems. Your focus on internal tool development enables the department to take the next steps.
You join a team of 5 engineers and report to the QA lead. Close contact with your suppliers and our quality department is guaranteed.
The Details
You develop and execute automated test cases and configurations needed to meet testing of system and high-level requirements.
You contribute and help maintaining a Test Framework written in Python and driven by behave (BDD).
You will take up the QA role in a cross-functional team.
You review system requirement specifications mainly of passenger information solutions (e.g. function, performance, security, scalability,…), ensuring and improving quality by creating reusable test processes.
You report, resolve and prevent defects and resolutions and provide feedback to internal stakeholders (e.g. development and commissioning teams).
About You
You combine a Master’s degree in engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably integration verification and validation).
You have experience with scripting and programming languages (Bash, Python, Java), Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and test automation frameworks (Selenium/ BDD).
You have knowledge of Linux. Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network tools are a plus.
You can communicate fluently in English. Speaking Dutch is a plus, not a must.
