Working as a Technical Support Engineer
You give technical support to our trained national & international partners by diagnosing and resolving technical issues on a 2nd and 3rd level.
As you oversee all tickets, you will analyze and report recurring issues to R&D, as well as making suggestions of potential improvements.
In time you will provide trainings to our partners, remote & onsite.
You will update technical documentation in collaboration with Product Management and the Technical Support team members.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
A professional Bachelor’s degree (Applied Informatics, computer science or electronics)
Good written and verbal communication in English. Dutch & French is a plus.
Knowledge of Windows Server and computer networking (DHCP, DNS, VLAN,…)
But our ideal colleague…
Has also attention for detail and good problem-solving skills.
Is able to work independently with a hands-on mentality.
Has also basic coding/scripting skills.
