Televic GSP has been active in the domain of Bogie Monitoring Systems for over thirty years, including condition monitoring and SIL2 safety systems. This has led to the development of the COSAMIRA product line, which is a single complete condition based maintenance solution for the railway market. 

To further scale the market potential of the COSAMIRA platform, we are looking for an enthusiastic business development manager, with a hands-on start-up mentality, to further develop and grow the emerging market of condition monitoring in railway.

Working as a Business Development Manager

  • Together with the team, you are responsible for scaling the Mechatronics business line.
  • As the first point of contact for all commercial activities, your role will include:
    • Go-To-Market Strategy: You are responsible for defining and developing the go-to-market strategy for the COSAMIRA product line.
    • Customer Relationships: You create and maintain long-term client relationships, continuously building business based on these relationships.
    • Partner Relationships: You build and maintain relationships with international partners and identify potential new partners to strengthen our market position.
  • Supported by marketing, presales, and product management, you will define the optimal market positioning of the COSAMIRA product line.
  • You determine all the criteria that lead to successful cooperation with clients and ensure that these criteria are met to secure the success of the business line.
  • You are responsible for the follow-up of the complete sales cycle, from initial request to contract closure.
  • You will report directly to the Business Line Director.

Professional skills we’re looking for:

  • You have experience working in a technological environment and have a strong interest in technology and applications.
  • Experience in the Rail environment and/or condition monitoring systems is a plus.
  • You have +5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
  • You are analytical, you have a can-do-mentality and a strong business sense.
  • You can communicate easily and effectively on all levels (up to C-level).
  • You are willing to travel 25% of the time (worldwide).
  • You are fluent in English.
