Join our Conference Team as NPI Engineer
Televic Conference creates conferencing solutions to customers worldwide for multiple verticals such as city-halls, parliaments, courtrooms, corporate (e.g. the United Nations, the European Parliament, the French Senate etc.). In order to continue our exponential growth, we are looking for a NPI Engineer.
As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading the successful introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless product transitions from development to full-scale production.

Working as a NPI Engineer at Televic Conference means
- You lead the entire NPI (New Product Introduction) process, guiding the project from concept to production, and ensuring seamless execution within the designated timelines.
- You facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders, fostering dialogue, and seeking consensus to challenges that may arise during the NPI process.
- You regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- You manage the BOM precisely to maintain accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.
- You play a key role in creating prototypes.
- You offer technical support to manufacturing teams during initial product builds, ensuring a smooth transition to full-scale production.
- You actively participate in product validation and verification activities, assuring that the final products meet all specified requirements and standards.
- You demonstrate autonomy in making modifications to existing products, taking initiative while being open to seeking assistance when needed.
- You take charge of starting up production processes both at the headquarters and subcontractors, both locally and internationally.
Do you recognize yourself in this?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in roles relevant to the manufacturing industry or Research and Development (R&D).
- Proficiency in programming and familiarity with Power BI.
- Additional skills in SAP, Lean, and IPC are advantageous.
- A hands-on approach to work with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluency in both English and Dutch
- Willingness to travel approximately four times a year.
