We’re looking for a curious Supply Chain Manager
Televic Conference develops, manufactures and markets conferencing solutions to high-profile customers worldwide (e.g. the United Nations, the European Parliament, the French Senate etc.).
For our technology we need a curious Supply Chain Manager to maximize cash flow, sales and service level. Why curious? Working as a Supply Chain Manager
You take the lead in the choice and follow-up of EMS (Izegem, Bulgaria, other)
- You define the strategy in terms of cost, flexibility, risk, type of product and series
- You are responsible for the definition and follow-up of the SLAs
- You organize the performance monitoring: delivery, quality, …
- You guide and control the local production: business cases, agreements, start-up and supervision, ....
- You manage improvement projects.
You define the planning strategy
- You create long and short term forecasts including process description, follow-up and improvement projects.
- You ensure processes & procedures are followed.
- You define and manage product life cycle in cooperation with product management, meaning you manage planning strategy per product type.
- You manage ECN and EOL impact towards supply chain.
- You coordinate master data management according to product life cycle

You are the process owner of product costing and take the lead in close cooperation with PM, R&D, procurement, EMS
- You are involved in product definition: cost targets, proactive manufacturing optimization.
- You are managing cost optimization projects.
You are responsible for effective working capital management. You set priorities, create an action plan and challenge KPI's.
You are closely involved in the daily operations.

You will take care of issue handling related processes and taking corrective actions if needed.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree, preferably related to supply chain, project management, statistics.
- You are successful in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and international business experience.
- You have excellent project management skills.
- You have a proven track record with manufacturing processes, supply chain, ..
- You are pragmatic and can prioritize within a complex environment.
- You are a structured individual, with an infinity for processes and procedures.
