The O.L.V. van Lourdes Hospital in Waregem (Belgium) is a dynamic regional hospital with 264 authorised beds. The motivated staff offers high-quality care, in a socially and financially responsible way, in cooperation with other healthcare providers in the region.
Project details
The Dutch Institute for Accreditation in Care (NIAZ) awarded the international NIAZ Qmentum quality label to the O.L.V. van Lourdes Hospital in 2017. A team of external auditors gave the hospital an excellent report: it complies to no less than 99% of the quality terms.
To achieve this goal, assessmentQ and EduQare were introduced step by step. Televic Education provided intense consultancy to the nurses responsible for creating the content. The key to the success is the customisation of the content, which significantly increased the identification of the learners with this content. The O.L.V. van Lourdes hospital invested in adapting the EduQare content with its own content, images, documents and situations.
