Working as a HR Manager:
- Recruitment & Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire recruitment process together with our partners and managers
- Performance management: Lead the annual performance reviews and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues
- Compensation Policy: Advise and assist in aligning and monitoring the compensation policy together with our global HR team. Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Learning and development: Take the lead in training and development initiatives (internal or external one). Conduct training need analysis, design, deliver and evaluate training programs
- HR Projects: Lead and support various HR projects, such as employee well-being and engagement, to promote a positive and productive work environment
- General Advisory: Be a trusted advisor for management on HR-related matters and work closely with line management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Professional skills we’re looking for:
- You combine a relevant Bachelor or Master’s Degree with several years of HR management experience
- You have proven experience across various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance
- An HR expert who sees the big picture as well as has an eye for detail
- You have a strong passion for attracting and developing the right talent
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Bulgarian and English
