What language do I need to speak at Televic?
At Televic our working language is English. Of course, you can expect some variation depending on the local office, we speak your language!
Does Televic offer working from home possibilities?
Our policies differ across our locations, but you can certainly expect an open mindset to flexibility. For example, at our headquarters in Belgium, employees can enjoy a hybrid policy, where you can work from home or from our satellite office in Ghent 40% of the week.
Are there regular hours?
This fully depends on the team that you are in. We typically offer a flexible window to accommodate everyone, no matter if you’re an early riser or a night hawk.
What’s the office atmosphere?
In our headquarters, you can enjoy a modern office with services and activities like: sports programs, fruit baskets in the offices and plenty of social time with colleagues thanks to our team building team!

What is the application process?
We will evaluate your application as quickly as possible. If positive, you will be invited for a first interview with a recruiter and the hiring manager.
If successful in the first interview, you will be invited for customized testing that allows us to understand where your strengths and growth areas are.
Following your test results, you can expect at least one additional face-to-face conversation in which we discuss your possibilities and interests.
After positive feedback, we’ll send you a proposal and follow up on any questions you may have. Before you start, we’ll welcome you to our office to sign your contract.
