WOrking from Home? Coworking?
From our headquarters, we’re pleased to offer a home working policy that stipulates that employees can work from home for 40% of the week.
Employees located a far distance from our headquarters (Izegem, Belgium) also have the option to work a couple days a week from our satellite office in Ghent.
Internal mobility: Market
We are dedicated to four niche markets: conference, education, healthcare and rail. Though these markets are different from one to another, our approach of providing clients with innovative, reliable products and systems is consistent across all markets.
This means that our internal mobility program can be very interesting for our employees, it gives a chance to be confronted with new technology in a new industry.
