Washington, DC, March 23, 2023 –TELEVIC CONFERENCE’s acquisition of Media Vision in 2022 created a unique opportunity to fast track their expansion of North and South America, led by team leaders Patrick Herlihy and Peter Papageorge.
Patrick Herlihy has supported North America channel sales and multi-language institutions for the past 30 years, including World Bank, United Nations, International Monetary Fund and many others. In addition, he has designed solutions and driven sales in the vertical markets of government, corporate, and education applications with high-level conference solutions.
Peter Papageorge has managed channel sales for North America for the past 30 years. He has led manufacturers to expand sales through the AV/IT channel with integrators, consultants, representatives and end-user communities and has supported the conference market for the past 12 years.
Revered by many worldwide organizations including EU, NATO, and international governments, Televic is one of the only manufacturers that can support the unique requirements of these large organizations. “Televic has taken traditional conferencing to the next level,” states Herlihy. “The Plixus platform continues to dominate the conferencing technology market for in-room and hybrid meetings. Being manufactured in TAA compliant countries, Plixus opens up greater opportunities with our government agencies.”
Since Covid 19, hybrid meetings have provided new exposure for Televic solutions in traditional AV applications. “Many end users found that discussion microphones are a great tool for flexible meetings in all vertical markets,” comments Papageorge. “Now with the Smart Audio & Control expansion, Televic systems can be easily integrated with any DSP and control platform, allowing integrators to take control over Televic hardware and functions within their overall design.”
