Join Televic Conference as a Director Product Management

Televic Conference develops, manufactures and markets conferencing solutions to high-profile customers worldwide (e.g. United Nations, European Parliament, White House). 

As Director Product Management, you have the end-to-end responsibility for the entire solutions & services portfolio throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring growth of channel business, strengthening the competitive position, whilst achieving superior customer experience. You will take full ownership over the go-to-market of existing and new solutions to dedicated verticals (corporate, international institutions, city councils, court rooms, …).   You define product and service innovations based on a deep understanding of customer needs, allowing to uncover new business opportunities and expand the addressable market.  You align with key stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.  

You report to the General Manager, and steer the product management team, whilst working closely together with the R&D, project management and sales in order to guarantee that our solutions meet the increasingly complex demands of the customer.

To be successful, an exceptional candidate will need strong leadership and product management experience in an global organization and is passionate about results.  You maintain an active leading role in:

  • Strategy definition: including owning & driving the strategic product & services roadmap,  based on innate passion for uncovering customer needs.
  • Product & services roadmap execution, including responsibility for identification of user needs and market opportunities, definition of high level product/solution requirements,  monitoring development progress and taking full ownership for the successful go-to-market of new solutions.
  • Product lifecycle management, by owning and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of products/solutions (including profitability), measuring the customer experience and supporting initiatives for services revenue growth.
  • Leading, developing and coaching an effective Product Management Team, that is passionate about delivering value to partners and customers pre- and post-sales.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • You combine a Master’s/MBA degree with a minimum of 5 years in product management and product lifecycle management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in people management.
  • You have a strong technical (including software) skill-set or know-how in a similar B2B industry or technology
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
  • Experience working in a product driven organization on the intersection of hardware, software and services
  • You have a proven track record of profitable product launches
  • You are fluent in English, French and Dutch.
