We’re looking for a curious NPI Engineer
At Televic we are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable communication systems in 4 niche markets: Conference, Education, Healthcare and Rail. Televic Group enables the strategic ambitions of these Business Units by centralizing all HR, IT, finance, marketing, operations and procurement activities. Your role:
- Collaborate with a global project team to develop, maintain, and transition the series manufacturing of new products, including the specification and refinement of Bills of Materials (BOMs), workflow processes, manufacturing plans, and detailed work instructions;
- Participate in design reviews for new products during the development phase to facilitate their seamless integration into production;
- Collaborate with process engineers and provide crucial production support to ensure the successful and sustained launch of projects;
- Take the lead in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis for complex production issues;
- Analyze manufacturing activities from a risk perspective, incorporating and validating critical tests used in manufacturing through PFMEA;
- Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects, focusing on first pass yield, cycle time reduction, product reliability, capacity enhancement, and cost reduction;
- Assume responsibility for maintaining compliance with the quality system, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
Professional skills we’re looking for:
- Technical university degree /Electronics and Electrical Engineering, etc./
- Professional experience on similar position in manufacturing
- Technical mindset and willingness to have a hand on approach
- Good level of English language
- Very good computer skills
- Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Team player with effective communication skills
