You will be part of our international conference team and more precisely the QA team located in Izegem BE at HQ, developing our next generation of conference systems.

By automating the end-to-end test of our systems, you guarantee that all users can rely on our products.

Working as a Validation Engineer

  • You define test cases and create test plans according to the product requirements (gherkin)
  • You review test scenarios with Architect and Product Owner
  • You identify which test cases can be run automatically and which ones can be executed manually
  • You actively participate in automating tests, and when needed you participate to execute test manually (gherkin, python, Jira, SynapseRT)
  • You describe issues in a structured way and find reproducible scenario (Jira)
  • You develop new building blocks in our test framework (Python)
  • You share your ideas on how to further improve the existing processes
  • You participate in improving our SUT center (System Under Test center)


Professional skills we’re looking for:

  • You have experience with Python
  • You have experience in Object Oriented Programming
  • You have experience with testing software applications or with software development
  • You understand fundamentals of software development
  • You are able to translate complex product requirements to well-structured test plans, test cases
  • You have a basic knowledge of networking (IP, Gateway, DHCP)
  • You can test with the mindset of an end user

But our ideal colleague…

  • You have experience with Azure DevOps
  • You have experience with Git
  • You have experience in test automation frameworks (preferably Python behave BDD) is a nice bonus
  • You have experience in audio processing / automation
  • ISTQB certification
  • You have experience with hardware or embedded devices
  • You have advanced knowledge of networking (VLAN, routing, …)
