STANDALONE MEETING MANAGEMENT
CONFERO
Confero is a meeting management software at the core of the Plixus engine (Plixus AE-R or Plixus MME) or Confidea WAP G4, so no installation on a PC is needed. With an intuitive interface, it can be accessed via any web browser and be run in one of the 30 supported languages.
With the quick setup wizard, the technician defines the settings of the system (e.g. regional, network, licenses, camera protocol, etc.), and the conference units are automatically detected. A page with an overview of the system shows the details of all the associated units and licenses, and more advanced parameters can also be smoothly selected, such as the audio routing (with a view of the corresponding matrix), the microphones mode and the seats. A diagnostics page informs you about the status of the devices (online/offline) as well as the errors and warnings. And of course, it is also possible to export or import a backup configuration file.
Confero can be used for basic meeting management, but extra licenses such as Confero 360 can be added in order to get additional functionalities, e.g. user role assignment, room layout configuration, meeting controls, voting, signage, etc.). See below for more information about the licenses.
Confero 360
Confero 360 is Televic’s solution for easy room setup and meeting control. This license is added to Confero and unlocks extra functionalities such as room layout, user role assignment, meeting templates, meeting controls, electronic voting, badge identification, meeting reports and signage.
Thanks to the interface based on user roles, the Technician manages the meeting setup, and the Operator or Chairperson controls the meeting, the microphones and the voting.

Confero Vs. Confero 360
Confero Advanced Audio
The Confero Advanced Audio license unlocks advanced audio functionalities: it allows you to create custom audio configurations visualized by a matrix, and manage inputs and outputs easily. It can be used as a standalone when installed in Confero - in which case it is handled by the technician - or in combination with the Confero 360 license to make it possible for the Chairperson or Operator to activate a predefined configuration.

Confero Advanced VIDEO
The Confero Advanced Video license enables the advanced video functionalities of the Confero platform. With this, you can create custom video configurations visualized via the easy-to-use matrix. It can be used as a standalone when installed in Confero - in which case it is handled by the technician - or in combination with the Confero 360 license to make it possible for the Chairperson or Operator to activate a predefined configuration. These features, when combined with uniCOS and video in/out boxes, turn your conferencing system into a full-fledged multimedia solution.

Confero Advanced INTERPRETATION
The Confero Advanced Interpretation license unlocks advanced configuration, control and monitoring capabilities for interpretation channels and interpreter booths in multilingual environments. Designed for use with the Lingua ID or Lingua ID-MM interpreter desks, multiple custom interpretation configurations can be created and switched easily, display labels for the Floor and interpretation channels can be customized, and a global language list can be defined and reused across configurations. In combination with the Confero 360 license, Operators and Chairpersons can also view the active interpretation configuration and control the microphone of the interpreter desks.

PLIXUS VIRTUAL INTERPRETATION
The Plixus Virtual Interpretation license, together with the Confero Advanced Audio license, enables real-time interpretation delivery from remote interpreters, in combination with local interpreters using physical desks—supporting on-site, hybrid, and fully virtual events.
Remote interpreters connect through a digital remote interpretation (RSI) platform, which works alongside the Confero software to bring remote and on-site interpretation together in a single workflow.
The license unlocks an API service on the Central Unit that enables coexistence of remote and on-site interpretation, including relay channel quality calculation and override between local and remote interpretation in both directions.

Confero PLAN is a solution for preparing meetings in advance directly on the Confero Cloud platform: create and manage a participants database, set up meeting templates, and publish meetings with structured agendas and voting items integrated upfront. The Confero 360 functionalities are already included.

EGOV CONNECTOR
On top of the Confero PLAN solution, it is possible to add the EGOV Connector in order to reuse the meetings prepared in your EGOV software without extra effort. First, import the participants and agenda to Confero PLAN with one push of a button. During the meeting, all voting results from on-site and remote users will be safely saved, then automatically exported back to your EGOV software once the meeting is over.

confero LANGUAGE DISTRIBUTION
The Confero Language Distribution license allows remote participants to follow the discussions in their own language by easily selecting a translation channel in the Confero MEET interface from their computer's web browser. No software installation is needed as the license integrates into the Confero Cloud Platform. Simply configure the language channels in the Dante Controller of the Plixus engine, as well as in the Confero 360 interface where the Technician can also easily monitor the channels directly from their dashboard.
