Unite for intercom at Beatparade
At the Beatparade in Empfingen (Germany) 2019, a techno festival with 10,000 visitors, the digital wireless communication system Unite was used as an intercom system.
Unite was used for communication and coordination among the technicians. Sound and lighting technicians in the FOH tower as well as monitor mixer, stage hand and lighting technician on the main stage were equipped with Unite RP-T receivers with talkback. A Unite TP bodypack transmitter was placed on the second floor of the FOH tower as the master device. In this way, Unite ensured optimal communication over distances of 50 meters and a smooth running of the event.
