Dialogue Instead Of Monologue
With Unite, you can organize modern, interactive tours for your guests. The digital system allows for questions from the audience, the integration of a second and third guide, and even the use of sound from external devices. The transmitters and receivers are optimized for speech so that your guests can enjoy optimum intelligibility. With Unite, you never have to worry about frequencies. This future-proof system transmits using the registration and license-free DECT standard, and frequency management is automatic.
TalkBack
Unite enables you to have a dialogue with your visitors. You can decide yourself whether you only can hear the questions, or the whole group. With the request functionality, you can accept or decline the questions. Alternatively, there is the possibility to integrate a second guide or even a third guide into the group. A total of up to 3 people can speak at the same time. The talkback function can be switched on and off by the guide during live operation, meaning they can accept or decline requests to speak from the visitors.
Sound Transmission
You can send audio tracks through the transmitter via the interfaces (USB, analogue, Bluetooth©). As a result, you can easily transmit music from your smartphone to guests, or relay the sound of a video from a media column. It is also possible to integrate a second guide, which can also send audio signals to the group, and to integrate a very powerful DSP. A ducker in the DSP can be activated when you speak to increase intelligibility.
Speech Intelligibility
Unite has been optimized for speech applications. The transmitters balance out voices of varying volume, differing speaker distances and female and male voices, among other things. Disruptive background noise is also eliminated.
Future-Proof
With Unite, you don't have to worry about frequencies. The widely used DECT standard is future-proof and requires no registration or fees. Unite deals with frequency management automatically, and up to 32 groups can be activated at the same time. The Unite devices can be charge via a USB-C connector or dedicated chargers with configuration and pairing capabilities combined with the Unite Manager software.
Accessibility
Complete your Unite system very simply with IL 200 induction neck loops and make your tours accessible for those hard of hearing. The neck loop can be used instead of the headphones, and will inductively transmit the sound directly to the hearing aids or cochlear implants. In this way, you will achieve accessibility for the hard of hearing in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for equal participation in society and underscore your social commitment.
