Televic U.S. Doubles Office Size to Support Growth
Sacramento, U.S., January 9, 2019 – Televic, leading manufacturer of innovative rail communication systems, is expanding its presence in North America to accommodate the growing rail market. It has doubled its Sacramento office space to offer stronger local support, ramp up local manufacturing activities and further increase the share of products compliant with the Buy American Act.

Televic increases its local manufacturing capabilities significantly. The larger production facility will produce passenger information systems for the railway market, as well as the hardware and sensors for the condition based monitoring tool COSAMIRA.
Better Support Customer Needs
“This is part of our strategy to reinforce our position in North America”, says Remi-Brice Magne, General Manager for Televic U.S. “50 % of the space will be dedicated to our production facility, giving us more capacity to support customer needs. It allows us to react quickly and turn customer demands into new features.”
North American Projects in the Pipeline
The United States is becoming increasingly important for Televic with a noticeable increase in North American projects. In recent years Televic Rail installed passenger information systems on the fleets of Brightline, Calgary Transit, SFMTA and Sound Transit. In 2019 deliveries are planned for several other U.S. projects.
