First modern electric streetcar system
The OC Streetcar project will offer Orange County residents an extra public transit option. The streetcar will operate from the busy Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center all the way to Garden Grove.
OCTA Chairwoman Lisa Bartlett: “We're looking forward to making the vision for a modern electric streetcar here in Orange County a reality.”
Within its first year of operation the OC Streetcar Project is expected to carry more than 7,300 passengers per day.
